I'm new here, and this is my 'creative corner' if you will, for me to post homes.

Name:  Terracotta
Lot Size: 30x20
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 1
Cost when placed on X lot: Under 150,000 simoleons
Cost when placed on X lot unfurnished: N/A will check
Requires expansion/Sims 3 store content: Late Night, Ambitions, Generations, some store content but no non store CC

Welcome to our Forum, lilemz.

First of all, that's a beautiful house!  Second, which car is that in the garage?  Also, there is a limit of 10 images per post.  It wasn't in the rules for posting to the Swap Shop and I apologize for that.  I've added it now.  It would also be nice if you would use the description format for houses that's show in the Swap Shop Rules.
