Title: Share from Create a Sim only?

After creating a particular sim and playing with her for awhile, i realized how much fun she is  to play with and wanted to share her in the swap shop. Can i only share the sims i've created as soon as ive created them or can i share her after i've put her in a game?

If you decide to share her, don't forget to note her age, skills she has and be sure that no CC whatsoever could be attached to her.   I don't see why you can't share her as a household.
