Build a College
Unlimited budget for this challenge.
The story could be that the business people who are building the college have enough money to spend any amount on the college.
Tim, a high school senior beginning to apply to college, is timid about starting college as a freshman. He would like to go to a new college that is almost done being built. He doesn't know which style campus he would like to attend. So, any building style is fine. He would like it to be a smaller college that would fit on a 50X50 (in case some people don't have the right packs) or a 64x64 lot.
Requirements:
-Dorm rooms
-Classrooms/lecture halls
-Dining hall
-Quad/Grassy area with benches
-Bookstore
-Library
Small administration building which can include additional classrooms.
-Landscaped areas
-Sport area with some seats (not a full stadium)
-name a college sports team with a college mascot (optional)
-view of water, desert or city
- a train stop
-a small ice cream parlor
-activity center /dances/fun --- no alcohol, except for seniors who have turned 21 --- so, it needs a senior class area.
-nice main entrance
- some parking
