How-To: Change Language in Sims 4It depends where the game was purchased. Not all versions will include all languages. Check the Sims 4 entry from where you purchased it. It should say what languages should be included.
In Origin, Click Origin in the menu and select Application Settings, Look for Language, change it and save it. Origin may need to be restarted before the change takes affect. Read more about it in the link below:

If there are multiple languages listed, but you cannot find the one you're looking for. You may need to uninstall the game, change the language in Origin. Restart Origin and install the game again to help the changes take affect and to be seen in-game.
