How-To: Play/Start the gameTo play Sims 4 you need to be logged into your Origin account, regardless if you want to play online or offline.
Go to the Game Library tab to see all purchased games, including Sims 4. Click the game you want to play, and select play.
- If you're online and want to play offline you simply go to the Origin menu in the upper left hand corner of the Origin client and select Go Offline.

After installing or reinstalling Sims 4, you need to log into Origin, select Sims 4 and click Play, then exit the game. This will create the Sims 4 folder in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

How To Play The Sims 4: At the Main Menu you're given a few choices:
The Play Button: Goes to map view of current game. Click Resume Playing (Household name.)
New Game Button: This starts a new game in CAS. (Create a Sim)
Load Game: Load a different saved game of your choice.
