Graphics Problem: Pink/Blue/White lines on screen.
This may be due to either needing to update your video/graphics drivers, or your video card/chip does not meet the minimum required video memory of Sims 4. Which is 128 MB of dedicated memory.
Sadly, newer computers are still coming out without enough dedicated memory to play games. These types of computers are simply not made for gaming.
However, try playing the game in Windowed Mode - In the Origin Client, go to the Games Library tab, and right click on the Sims 4 Cover and select Game Properties - In the Command Line Arguments, add the following text: -w and click Okay. If this doesn't work, try: -w und
