Items Stuck In Inventory and/or on Sim

It's been suggested to try two different options.

1. Try traveling to a different lot. - * Use the M key for map, for fast travel.
2. Click a dresser and select 'plan outfit'.
3. Try exiting Sims 4 and then restart the game.
