All caught up and throughly enjoyed every minute. Your screenshots, as always, are captivating and beautiful. Venkat and Ashlynn's deaths were sad. Paolo is a great choice as a pollinator, all the kids are gorgeous and the egg hunt was just such a cool idea. And I am still totally diggin Mitch!

I've changed the text size after reading @oshizu 's comment, the tiny writing is a chore for those with bad eyesight.

I have the next few chapters written and ready to post but so lazy when it comes to uploading the screenshots, don't hate me I'll get to it eventually xD

                       Oh, I noticed that you changed the font size for your entire thread! I actually noticed that @LivvieLove uses a larger font and it's just so much more readable!
                       And my vision--I have a bad case of dry eye which is worsened by "computer eyes," so reading/editing my own thread was a chore (because there's too much text..).
                       Thanks for resizing yours!

Can't wait for your next updates!  And Mitch fan service? A resounding yes!

Edited to add: Following your lead, I returned to my thread and resized the font in every chapter. Because I haven't the knack yet of pithy comments, though, I ended up going for size=11pt so my text wouldn't overpower my images.
                       Your text/image ratio is very balanced!

23: Lana & Co

It was Lana & Co’s first club gathering and Lana wanted to make a great impression on her fellow members.





Perhaps she should have practised first, this was sure to hurt.





“Ouch, you OK, Lana?”






“Ack, why am I the only one that’s soaked?”





“Was that as painful as it looked?”


“Y-yes, I’m not doing that again anytime soon.”





“So, do you like him or love him?”


“Right now, it’s like but don’t tell anyone or mum’ll kill me,”





“Hey Max, did you know your sister Luna’s dating Paolo? No? You might be in for a surprise when you go out front!”


“What kind of a surprise?”


Lana giggled and Ru shook his head. “Just go and see.”





“Luna Villareal! Get out of that bush right now or I’ll drag you out myself!”


“Max, go away unless you want to see your big sister in her birthday suit! Hee hee,”





“What’s all the shouting about? Sheesh, I can’t get peace in my own home.”





“Hey hag, you’re still alive?”


“Who the flip are you?”


“Your daughter’s future boyfriend,”


“Max! NO!”





“Mum, I can explain, he’s just joking. Right, Maxie?” She turned to Ru, “Help me out, please?”


“Kessy, that’s a new work outfit, congratulations on the promotion. Another task complete, right?”





“Nice try kids, stop trying to distract me. You need to leave right now, Mr Future Boyfriend or I may have to get violent in front of my kids,”


“Go ahead, I like older women anyway.”





“Listen, kid, I am a happily married woman. With children. You don’t want to go there,”


“Mum, you do realise that’s Max Villareal, right?” Lei said as she casually walked by.





“Villareal? The cry baby? Eeew, Lana love, you can do better. Please, anyone but him,”


“My brother’s sweet when you get to know him, Ms Chant,”


“No, he really isn’t and you both need to leave or I’ll kick your butts to Sixam.”

Rawr Mama Kessy.  I like how Max Villareal in my game has the same hair in your game.  It looks like everyone is having fun with the new group.  May they get into lots of trouble.. and Luna have a beautiful child again for your neighborhood.

@Ricalynn Almost everyone that I've asked has said he ages up with that hair. I was going to try and hide his identity but I knew everyone would figure out who he was easily.

Yes, the clothes do make him look like a nicer guy, but your shots of him also show him to advantage. That must be how Lana sees him, hehe.

24: Too Few Hours In A Day

“Mum, how could you do that?”


“They’re Villareals, I can’t have those people in my home,”


“That’s the kind of attitude that made you enemies with Dennis Kim, you’re turning into your nemesis,”


“No way!”





“I only want you to be happy, evil Sims are a no-no. I don’t want you regretting a decision later on in life,”


“My life, mum. I’m the heir and I’ll follow your dynasty rules but there are some things I decide for myself, you have no say when it comes to who I fall in love with or other life choices.” She huffed away before her mother could say something else to make her angry.





“Life giving you lemons?”


“Something like that. Kids are scary creatures,”


“That’s why I don’t let anyone tie me down,” Don said from across the room.


“That’s what you think,”





“Hey hey,”


“Ash! Oh, my, I missed you,”





“How’s the Afterlife?”


“Much easier than Life. The Reapers don’t bother us as much as you’d think they would.”





The rest of the night was spent in catching up, Shan joined them later and the DBBD stayed clear of them. Most of the time.





Before they were way too old to really enjoy life, Kessy and Mitch rented the Von Haunt Estate just for themselves. Mitch teased her about the bro hug she offered instead of a kiss upon their meeting.





Eliza stumbled in on them as they kissed and quietly tiptoed away before alerting the Kes Monster.





Renewing their vows besides the waterfall, they remembered their wedding day, the birth of their daughters and how much Lana and Lei were like both of their parents.






Time wasn’t on their hands but today it stood still for them.






In other news, Paolo had to get a move on – his elder birthday was approaching fast and there were ladies to woo.





It seemed ghosts were attracted to all the hotspots the house visited, Venkat was seen dancing with Cece and then he went to get a drink and vanished into thin air.





“Have you heard of Rose Day? It’s when you give a rose to the lady of your heart.” Luckily for Paolo, Yuki fell for it hook, line and sinker.





“Aw, another Paoloboo,”


“Another? I’m not his one and only love?”


“Nope, want me to hold him down while you crush him?”





Luna also found out the hard way and proceeded to beat the stuffing out of poor Dino. That’s another Villareal enemy, now it was only Hugo who remained friends with the Chants. Greg had a love/hate relationship with Lei, they would go from being friends to breaking up over trivial things and then all would be forgotten and they’d be back at square one.





“I’ll love you even with wrinkles, happy birthday, darling,”


“Is that a nice way of saying ‘sorry you’re getting old’?”


“Yep.”





Lana still hadn’t forgiven her mother. Things were a little awkward on the dance floor.





Lei performed a short piece for her father titled You & Your Hawaiian T-Shirts.





Kessy was celebrating well before Mitch and Paolo were ready to blow out their candles.





“Here we go,”






“Here’s to looking good as an elder,”

Awww, Kessy only shows her soft, romantic side to Mitch! I loved their renewing of vows at Von Haunt.
Oh my gosh, I hadn't realized Mitch was that age already! But makes sense, since Lana is old enough to argue with her mom about "lurv."

How cool that Ashlynn and Shannon showed up at da club. 

I laughed long and loudly over Lei's original "You and Your Hawiaan T-Shirts" melody for her papa. Too cute. 

Great update! I can't help but wonder what will happen between the Chants and the Villreals.
By the way, what is Max's relationship with Lana? (Don't want to spoil any surprises, so please ignore this question if it would)

Let me just repeat the sentiments.  "Awww"  Kessy and Mitch are so sweet together.  So nice of them to renew their vows before his birthday. 

Mitch doesn't look bad as an elder though!  I wonder what Paolo will look like.  Not that I think that will slow him down right?
