Boarding school bug

My sim family has 3 children currently: 2 teenagers and 1 child. I signed up all 3 children to different boarding schools at different times, but the first teenager hasn't gone yet, while the rest has. It says under the career tab that she's enrolled in boarding school, but her car hasn't arrived. It's been a few Sim days and she's almost aging up to young adult.

I've also tried resetsim and it didn't work.

I don't know what's going to happen when she ages up and "graduates" from boarding school that she never went to

I have had a similar problem where my kid came home from boarding school then never went back. All I did to fix the problem was put in the 'moveObjects on' cheat and deleted the teen. Also, I would save your game before you try. Hope this helps!

I am currently having a similar problem. I enrolled my child in Prep school and the two teenagers in military school. Yet I got a message about it and it shows there in boarding school but have not left yet. I want to say I enrolled them on a Thursday night so I figure they should leave by Monday. Anyone out there that can help me please do.

There is a bug with sending Sims to boarding school. It may be best to go back to a previous save, to before sending them away, if you have one.

If you don't have a previous save, or don't want to try that yet. A couple other things you can try is:

1. If they are still home delete them with MoveObjects off cheat. (Back up the game before.) To see if that helps.

2. Reset Sim/Town or Evict the family and move them back in.
