Introduction

After a very lengthy hiatus, I have returned! Way back when I was working on a Seven States Dynasty but the file got corrupted and I never restarted it. However, I did truly enjoy Mina and the angle I was taking with her story so I'm using here here just for some fun.

Dear Diary,

I messed up VERY Badly in Moonlight Falls-- so badly that the Committee had no choice but to relocate me all the way across the ocean in this town called Monte Vista. I can't blame them. At least it's beautiful here. I used some of the funds the Committee granted me to buy a plot of land conveniently close to where I'll be working and start building a small house. (I really miss my place in Midnight Falls.) Hard as it was to leave everything and everyone behind, I am lucky the Committee gave me another chance. I really do like what I do. I just wish I was better at it. It will be different here, I can feel it!





I'll be working at a restaurant again. (If there's one thing I like more than dealing with the supernatural, it's cooking and gardening! My coworkers seem nice so far.)




I definitely hit it off with my boss-- he even sent me this beautiful painting as a "welcome to town" gift! I wonder if there  isn't something more to this gift? Am I reading too much into it?

Report to the Committee

Settling in to my new home and job. Have yet to make contact with the other agent in the area. I have found a strange totem of sorts near Delfine's Diner. Will inquire amongst the locals about the totem's history. I will also continue my more academic research as I continue to adjust to my new surroundings.

Dear Diary,

It happened again. I fell hard and fast, just like last time. I invited my boss over to talk about work and see what he could tell me about Monte Vista. One thing lead to another...





My head is still spinning from how quickly things happened. Thank goodness I got some time off work to process and just enjoy being Mrs. Van Helsing.











Things really do have a way of working out. What happened in Moonlight Falls was devastating and I wasn't sure I would recover, professionally or personally. For the first time in a long time, I'm hopeful. I'm happy.

I have married Gino Ferrari. I am aware that I didn't give you any notice but it will contribute to my cover. It will NOT interfere with my studies. I will send you a full report on him soon.

We look forward to the report on Gino Ferrari-- our files on him are not as complete as we'd like. You are correct-- notification prior to the wedding would have been appreciated. It is not uncommon for undercover Sims to marry and even have children. However, after Moonlight Falls, we will be watching closely. Congratulations.

Well this is very nice start to a story. I wish I was more familiar with your previous work, but this is well written so I can follow along quite well. I look forward to reading your story and finding out more about Mina.
