Thursday 18th

Dear Diary,

There was the usual queue for the bathroom this morning so I just by-passed it all went straight out to tend to my garden.

Trouble was that by the time I had finished gardening things were a little desperate. Mulan kept asking me knock-knock jokes as I tried to walk past. I kept thinking 'oh gawd don't laugh, don't  laugh...". I'll get my 'revenge.' Although it's great she feels at home enough to tease us!

Colt seems quite determined to bet Mulan in another challenge match. He's been asking Nick for some pointers. I'm not sure Nick is much better at chess than him but it's good to see everyone happy.

I've been looking forward to this leaving interview for some time now. I'm 99% sure she is ready.

I asked Kira gently if she felt ready to leave.

When she told me that she has felt ready for some time, I knew then that she would be just fine. Better than fine, she'd be great!

As we chatted she said she'd been dreaming of her own place for so long that she knew exactly how she was going to decorate it and who she'd invite over...
I was really happy for her.

As we hugged I could feel Kira trembling a little.

I told her to take it slowly and that I would only ever be a phone call or a visit away.

Kira wanted a Black and White party for her leaving bash. She looked beautiful.

Nick lost his cool for the first time in ages. I think he was feeling a little left behind now that Kira was going. I mean he said that Bo was cheating but generally we don't actually yell about what is bothering us truly.

Winston looked pretty smart all dressed up. Mulan got a little desperate as she had been so engrossed in her latest novel.

Alena and Colt were surprised when Kira announced her leaving. They had thought it was just a dinner party. Alena squealed with delight for Kira and gave her a big hug. Colt just tried to look down her top. least, I think that's what he's doing. Winston and Jon took a lot of these photos as I was stuck in the kitchen for most of the party baking 'black and white' and then 'white and black' cakes. *sigh*

Even though the kitchen was crowded I managed to have a quick chat to Pearl. Wow, she looked hot.

Alena managed to spot where Winston had shoved the camera after he got sick and tired of carting it around.

As I baked the third cake I wished I could go dance with Pearl.
And everyone else.

Kira looked like she was having a lot of fun.

Eventually I made it out of the kitchen and could chat with the guests.

It had been a really good night. I gave Kira a hug and reiterated that I was never very far away.

As we walked her to the gate I had such a sense of pride in Kira for all that she had achieved.

When we said our good-byes I felt quite emotional.

As I watched Kira walk away from us and towards her new life. I had to swallow a lump or two. I was going to miss her more than she would know. That girl had a way of getting under your skin... in a good way despite all her quirkiness!

Later that night, when everyone was asleep, I got busy on Pearl's leaving gift. I actually felt a little guilty when she first gave it to me as no one else will really use the work bench. But Pearl said she had wanted to give me something she knew that I needed.
As for Kira's leaving gift, well I think everyone will enjoy that.

Until tomorrow diary,

Matt.

Congratulations to Kira!  I'm glad she finished, she's one of my favorites.  I like quirky Sims, heh.  The black and white party looked like a ton of fun, and I love the screenshot of Alena looking up at the camera.

Thanks Deth, I'm glad she finished too.
Glad your happy Wolf, your Mulan is a lovely sim. So beautiful!

Well, I can't give you exact scores as of this point in the game as I got a bit carried away and continued to play for too long today! I can tell you that Kira's personal leaving score is 2,100 as I wrote that down!

There is another sim leaving very soon so I will update the total scores then! Both sims basically left on the same day although for the sake of the story I have written it as if they left a day apart!

So new residents will arrive once the next sim leaves, even though technically I should have got a new sim before the leaving sims party! Good thing this is just for fun or I would have blown my own game! lol  ;)

Well done, Kira, I hadn't expected her to be leaving next. Nick needs to get a move on, lol. Mulan is gorgeous, I need to read more of Wolf's stories.

Friday 19th

Dear Diary,

Nick woke up with a spring in his step. He said the new beds were great! I've got good news then as I'll be upcycling them again today, woo!

Colt came out to 'help' me this morning.

He was also the first to use Kira's gift.

Then he 'helped' Bo with her forum trolling, giving her a few choice phrases to add some extra weight to her comments. Wow, just wow... *sigh*

Mulan's really getting into the spirit of things.

She certainly knows how to keep Colt on his toes.

Colt told her that if she wasn't so pretty there'd be a problem. Mulan just laughed harder.

I caught Colt doing the dishes. Looks like things are changing! Ha! This place gets under your skin. It's good.

Nick was next to jump into the pool.

I couldn't wait to join him.

Bo jumped in next. It is so fun!

Nick and I spent some time telling yarns.

By then he was feeling so playful that he couldn't take his work out seriously!

Arianna's hooked on digital sports.

Colt and Alena had a clash over cake. Colt asked Alena if that was the last piece...

... which she cheerfully replied 'yes' to while shoving some in her mouth. lol It was the sound that Colt made that was so funny. A sort of Bhhaaaa sound! I guess he likes cake!

Upcycling!

Oh and this is my sixth attempt to grow a trash plant. *sigh*

Colt got all indignant that I hadn't told him to leave it.

Kira and Winston came over for a visit.

Nick got all self conscious and wanted to know why we were all staring at him.

I'll tell you why next time diary,

Matt.

P.S. I know the screenshots are a little out of order! Bear with me, it's because Kira and another sim left the same day and I couldn't make the story flow! Apologies! Hope you enjoy anyway.  :)

Saturday 20th

Dear Dairy,

Nick was surprised to realize he was ready to go. Then I was surprised at what he wanted to do to celebrate! All good though!

Here we all are at the Blues Bar, ready to dance the night away!

I must admit to hitting the bar first. It had been a long day.

Alena wasn't far behind me.

Arianna did her usual and got all lippy. I think it's because she feels a little overwhelmed when she's out amongst strangers. It's a pain though.

Alena and Don chatted for a while. I don't know Don very well, we've met a few times at the gym. Seems a nice enough fellow.

I managed to grab Nick away for a quick chat. I told him how happy I was that he was on his way out. He'd learnt a lot during his time at the centre and I knew he had big plans to kick into action.

Nick thanked me for everything but I told him that none of it could have happened if he hadn't put in the hard yards.

Alena and Don seemed to be getting quite friendly.

The rest of the night was a blur of dancing and drinking. Not necessarily in that order.

When it was time to go home I had to go and find Alena. She and Don basically spent the whole night chatting together. Hmmm.

There was a bit of a mix up over beds. Everyone kept going for the same one.

Eventually Colt got to sleep in the girly pink one.

Next morning everyone was still milling around in their pj's. Chop chop people, we've got things to do!

I chatted for a bit to Alena, who then decided she needed to work out a bit.

Didn't take her long to get into it.

Mulan and Bo have become good friends.

Mulan then hit the pool to do some lengths.

I fixed the plumbing.

And the gaming rig.

I've got to get organized for some new residents. Catch you later.

Matt.
