At this point Colt has been at the park ALL night long. He might be getting a little tired..

Colt: All I want at this point is to be LEFT ALONE!! And what is it with you women? Is there some kind of club or something? What's with all these uniforms?

Colt: Oh so now at the mission, they give you all the same outfit so they know who's who?  Or so that guys like me that are doing dynasties might bring home with us? That's a good idea but not for me.. not today. Unless you are dress as a Gardener or Fisherman, I don't have time for you.

Well when Martian moved in, he was at the beginning of elder. The was taken later on in the game. But yes, that §20k was worth it for the house.
